Unlimited use of our coin operated batting cages anytime during normal business hours.

 

Unlimited use of our field house batting cages, pitching tunnels, & field house practice areas; complete with tees and soft toss nets (we recommend that you schedule in advance.  Available Monday through Thursday; Saturday; Sunday).

 

Unlimited use of our 100 m.p.h. ATEC cage/Curveball/Slider/Sinker machine (Cage 1A) for the duration of your membership (Players must be 16 years of age or accompanied by an adult to use this machine.  We recommend that you schedule in advance.  Available Monday through Thursday; Saturday; Sunday during normal business hours).

 

Unlimited use of our fitness room for the duration of your membership.

 

FREE use of a bucket of our genuine Rawlings or Diamond baseballs/softballs to use in any cage

IRON MIKE MACHINE ABOVE

We have 2 cages with Iron Mike Pitching machines.  They have  a rotating arm that the hitter can time.  Timing is a crucial part of hitting.

2 Iron Mike Machines are open to the public on a first come first serve basis.  Tokens can be purchased at the front desk for
$2 each=20 swings.

There are 4 Cages in Building #2.  They are available to members on an unlimited basis or to non-members on a rental basis anytime during normal business hours

(must be scheduled in advance).

We have 2 regulations pitching mounds in the pitching lanes, and there are pitching rubbers on flat ground available for girls and younger boys.

THE ATEC CAGE (1A)

This cage has both ATEC Baseball pitching machines and ATEC softball pitching machine.  Our Baseball machine is capable of 100 M.P.H. & throws curve balls, sliders, and sinkers.  The softball machine offers a low release pint & arm angle that the girls need to see.  

TEE’S/SOFT TOSS/NETS

Tee’s and Soft toss stations are available for your use.  Members have unlimited access, and non-members can purchase time at these practice stations for $20 per half hour.  *Major League hitters work off a tee almost every day to groove their swing.*

Building #1 also has a fitness room equipped with cycle, treadmill, elliptical, dumbells, back machine, incline sit-up bench, dip bar, leg raise machine, leg curls, leg extensions, pitchers surgical tubing station, medicine balls, and a trainer’s table where pitchers do manual resistance exercises to strengthen their throwing shoulder.
